Organic beef

The quality of the meat from these healthy and proper fed animals is highly influenced by their happy and peaceful life on the farm. In addition, the prohibition of use of the antibiotic, hormones, meat and bone meals or GMO ingredients applies there. The organic beef is exclusively from Austrian farms and his organic certification guarantees that the cattle have been breeding only on the eco-friendly and certified farms.

The meat mostly comes from red-and-white Simmental cattle which belongs to the oldest ones in the world. This cattle breed provides better SMY (saleable meat yield), which means more meat and less of tallows.
