Dry aged beef belongs to the high-end meat products – for a few weeks it has dried and thanks to that it gets unbelievably rich flavour and tender structure. Such process bears high costs and makes the dry aged beef one of the most luxurious types of meat at all.
This meat comes from beef cattle which make it strong-flavoured and high-protein. The great advantage is lower fat content – the level comparable to chicken or fish. Its typical brick red colour depends on many factors and could be a great source of information about the actual quality of the meat.
Chicken, the easy-to-digest high protein meat with low energy value, belongs to the most frequent items in various diets. In our offer could be found a large selection of both chilled and frozen chicken meat.
Since we believe that “the customer is king”, we are able to provide a large selection of pork. This light pink meat contains more fat and has higher energy value. The final flavour depends on many factors, but the most important ones are the age of the animal and its feeding.
